  I place my order over the phone and then pay when I arrive. I love the portion size of the fries and the food tastes good! Once we placed an order to go over the phone and when I arrived they gave my meal to another person by accident. So I did have to wait an extra 10 minutes but they gave me a coupon for a free burger and I didn't have to ask for it. The food I got was good too so they get 5 stars from me.

  While The Burg serves one of the best burgers close to campus, it is priced much higher than most other burger joints in the area. That combined with the average wait of about 10-15 minutes makes it a place that you shouldn't go to if your in a hurry and looking for a cheap bite. However, it's an aesthetically pleasing environment and does its best to involve the community. Worth visiting, but maybe not worth being a regular.

  The burger was pretty good. But the fries were inedible. They were in the fryer WAY too long, and were dark brown, tough, and chewy. How do I get awful fries in Rexburg!? That's like getting bad sushi in Tokyo. For the price, there's no way I can afford to risk coming here for the worst fries I've had in recent memory. The people taking your order don't know what they're doing. Placing my order alone took a solid 5 minutes, and we didn't even order anything crazy. For spending over $20 for two people, I just left extremely disappointed.

  If you are visiting Rexburg, this is a must-go.
  The Burg is one of the best local burger places in Rexburg. The look of the place is welcoming and refreshing. It still gets a bit stuffy in there because of the kitchen, but minor details.
  Their initiative to have concerts of local bands, it definitely creates a smooth and fun environment for the students who live around there.
  I love their food, and especially their portions. Anything you get to eat, looks, smells and tastes great! And you will love their secret sauce.
