  They cheat you on portion sizes I've been disappointed by this location many times. They never put a reasonable amount of beef in your order and then to add insult to that they ask if you want extra beef for $.65. Also if you want water with your order that'll be $.35.
  
  It's obvious the owner is trying to cut costs at the expense of the customers, but at a certain point you have to give the customer what they paid for. If you sell a beefy nacho grilled it better not just be cheese....

  In the last year or so, I feel they've improved their service to the customer and the staff is certainly more personable as a whole. Then introducing the cravings deal boxes dollar for dollar value? Probably one of the best value meals around. Good improvements, guys!
